To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It is advised for you to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for colors, sizes, and other variations. We have well-defined product variation, sizes, colors, etc. It is best to advise that customers must be careful before placing orders.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you. The product must include the original tags, freebies, and accessories.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1 to 30 days (approximately)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
